Support
Email support@mykeepjar.com and we'll reply within 2 working days. The answers below cover the things people ask most.
Enter your email address and we email you a 6-digit code. Type the code in to sign in. There's no password to set or remember.
If the code doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then ask for a new code.
Save from the share sheet
The iPhone and iPad app is coming soon to the App Store. Once you have it:
- In Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Safari or any other app, tap the Share button. For a screenshot, share it from Photos.
- Choose KeepJar. If you can't see it, scroll to the end of the row of apps and tap More.
- It's saved straight away. Add a note there if you like; tags and collections are in the app.
In the web app, paste a link or some text instead. KeepJar fetches the title and preview for you.
Connect Claude
KeepJar works with Claude through a custom connector, using MCP.
- In Claude, go to Settings > Connectors and choose Add custom connector.
- Enter this URL:
https://api.mykeepjar.com/functions/v1/mcp - Sign in to KeepJar if you're asked to, then approve KeepJar's consent screen.
Claude can then search your jar, and save, tag and archive things. It can't permanently delete anything, and it can't see your sign-in or your capture tokens. To disconnect, open Settings in the KeepJar web app and disconnect Claude.
For help with Claude itself, see Claude's help centre.
Export your data
Open Settings in the web app and choose export. You get a full export of your jar as a JSON file.
Delete your account
Go to Settings > Delete account, in the app or the web app. This is permanent: your account, items and files are removed from the live service straight away and can't be recovered. If you want to keep a copy, export your data first.
If you bought KeepJar Pro through Apple, deleting your account doesn't cancel that subscription. Cancel it in your Apple account settings.
Report a problem
Email support@mykeepjar.com and tell us what you did, what you expected and what happened instead. Say which device or browser you were using; a screenshot helps.
Never send us your sign-in code or a capture token. We will never ask for them.
