Terms of use
Last updated 2 November 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and us when you use KeepJar: the iPhone and iPad app, the web app and the connections you make to it. We've tried to keep them short and plain.
Who we are
KeepJar is made by The Founders Ltd ("we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17035648, registered office 22 Villiers Gardens, London E20 1GW. You can contact us at support@mykeepjar.com.
Your account
- You sign in with one-time codes that we send to your email address.
- Keep your email account secure, because anyone who can read your email can sign in to your KeepJar.
- You must be 13 or over to use KeepJar.
Your content stays yours
Everything you save in KeepJar stays yours. You give us only the permission we need to store it, process it and show it to you, and to the AI assistants you connect.
Your responsibilities
- You're responsible for having the right to save what you save.
- You're responsible for the actions you authorise your connected AI to take in KeepJar.
Acceptable use
Don't use KeepJar:
- to store or share illegal content;
- to abuse or harm other people, or the service;
- to try to break or get around its security;
- to scrape the service with automated tools.
Other services and links
Things you save often come from other services, such as Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, and you may connect an AI assistant such as Claude. Those services, and the links you save, are governed by their own terms, not ours.
The free service
KeepJar is free to use and is provided "as is". We may change the service, including adding or removing features.
KeepJar Pro
Where we offer KeepJar Pro: subscriptions are bought and managed through your Apple account; Apple's terms apply, prices are shown before you buy, subscriptions renew until you cancel in your Apple account settings, and deleting your KeepJar account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
The iPhone and iPad app
If you use KeepJar on iPhone or iPad, Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement also applies, in addition to these terms. Apple is not responsible for the app.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms. You can stop using KeepJar and delete your account at any time in Settings.
Our liability
- Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where the law doesn't allow us to.
- Otherwise, we're not liable for indirect loss.
- Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Changes to these terms
When we change these terms, we post the new version here with a new date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
